Dermis
The dermis is a layer of the skin, it is located between the epidermis (the upper layer of the skin) and the hypodermis (subcutaneous adipose tissue).
Therapeutic effects:
allows to increase the volume of soft tissues;
closing the hole of an extracted tooth;
barrier function.
Where to use:
Dentistry – soft tissue volume deficit, preservation of holes after tooth extraction, closing of recessions, closure of the donor bed after soft tissue graft taking.
